The TANK CAR module is ideal for training all levels of employee, from inspectors and operators to logistics supervisors. It can also be used to meet your individual training needs-from an overview or refresher to an extensive reference tool.

This program introduces every major component commonly found on a tank car. It also covers DOT and AAR regulations in a way that explains them using over 1,500 photographs to illustrate the concepts rather than just explain them. A 30 minute training film complements the pictures and text to make this training program the best way to learn how to inspect tank cars. Test questions are also included to measure the progress of the user.

The HOPPER CAR INSPECTION module covers both DOT and AAR regulations for hopper cars. It is similar to the tank car inspection module and is suitable for training all levels of employee.

This module includes around 250 pages of text that is clearly illustrated by over 1,500 photographs and illustrations. The included training film and post-test also ensure that this is the most comprehensive, yet easiest to use training program for hopper cars.

LOADING, BLOCKING, AND BRACING illustrates the proper loading and load distribution techniques to ensure that your load is secure and ready to ship every time.

It presents guidance on how to use and how not to use the most common load restraining systems, including: dunnage, load bars, nylon and steel strapping, airbags, and void fillers.

The training will demonstrate the proper loading required under DOT regulations.
